The app feels stuck or slow

Force-quit GoalWize.AI and reopen it. If the issue persists, check for an update in the App Store or Google Play — most freezes are fixed in the latest version within a day of being reported.

Can't sign in

Sign in uses Apple ID, Google, or email. If you used Apple Sign-In, the email shown may be Apple's relay address (random@privaterelay.appleid.com) — try that instead of your normal email.

A logged feed or sleep is missing

Pull-to-refresh on the day view. If you log offline, entries sync the next time the app is online — make sure the device has reconnected. Nothing is deleted from the server even if it disappears locally.

Wrong baby on the WHO chart

If you have more than one child set up, the growth chart shows whichever baby is currently selected at the top of the Baby Care screen. Tap the baby's name to switch.

Calendar isn't syncing

The Smart Habit Calendar reads from your device calendar (Apple Calendar on iOS, Google Calendar on Android). Open Settings > Calendar Access and confirm GoalWize.AI has permission. Toggling it off and on usually clears the cache.

Mia gave an answer that doesn't fit

Mia personalises from your logged data. If feeds, sleep, or weight haven't been logged for a while, answers fall back to general ranges. Catch the log up to the last 48 hours and ask again.

Common support questions

How fast will I hear back?

Blocking and outage reports get a first response inside 24 hours on weekdays. Everything else aims for under 2 business days. Weekend coverage is best-effort and prioritises reports marked Blocking.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings > Account > Delete account inside the app. Account deletion is immediate and removes your goals, habits, baby data, and chat history from our systems. You can also email support@goalwizeai.com with the subject "Account deletion" from the email on the account and we will action it within 7 days.

Where do I find the app version number?

Open the app, tap your profile or Settings, then About. The version number ("e.g. 1.6.3 (140)") is at the bottom. Include this in any bug report — it lets us check whether the issue is already patched.

I lost data after reinstalling the app — can it be recovered?

Yes, in most cases. Goals, habits, and baby tracker entries are stored against your account and sync back when you sign in. If you signed up with email, make sure you're using the exact address on the new install — typos in the email are the most common reason data appears missing.

Is GoalWize.AI HIPAA / GDPR compliant?

GoalWize.AI is consumer wellness software, not a medical device, and does not handle protected health information under HIPAA. We follow GDPR for users in the EU and UK — see the Privacy Policy for what data is collected, the legal basis, and how to request export or deletion.
